SDPKG was founded in 2014 and is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. SDPKG specialized in providing high-quality packaging for cosmetic, skin care, and health care industries. Our company has established a comprehensive process including professional R&D, mold manufacturing, auto-injection, printing and hot stamping crafts, and auto- assembly. All workshops carries out dust-free production, which provides guarantee for all products quality.
SDPKG has approved ISO9001:2015 , ISO14001:2015 , and ISO22000. With innovation and quality as the core, SDPKG is committed to providing valuable packaging for all customers and brands.
From 1986 to 2014, SDPKG was mainly engaged in the development and sale of molds. From 2014 to 2018, SDPKG expanded its business in injection molding and blow molding products. From 2018 to the present, SDPKG has focused on the research and development of new products using new materials, like PCR, sugarcane, surlyn, etc.

Product Design Steps

Mold Making
When drawing finished,our professional engineer will recheck drawing and our sales will send drawing to customer by email on the day.once drawing confirmed,our designer&engineer will discuss together and then will arrange for mould structure drawing design and 2D&3D mould structure drawing will be finished with 3-4 days.And then will arrange for moujld processing.
Production Samples
During the mould processing,our sales will take mould parts picture for customer .As an usual,mould will be finished and will be arrange for test within 25-40 days.Once T1 samples out,will have professional engineer to analysis and professional checker to check and make check report .If 90% samples are ok,our sales will responsible for sending samples to customer until samples confirmed by customer.And then will arrange for mass production.
